No pets. Tenant takes on bill for house utilities. The water-sewer-garbage bill is divided between the two houses. There is a meter in the crawl space of the backyard house to read off the water usage. I'll show you where this is. If you send me a photo of the water usage monthly, then I'll deduct the portion that the new house has used. Otherwise, the WSG bill will be split 50/50.
