Application acceptance prioritizes those who can move in earlier. Utilities: Tenant shall be responsible for all utilities, including but not limited to electricity, water and sewage, waste disposal, and internet. Pets on the Property: Pets are generally not allowed, unless they are service animals (which differ from assistance animals), but permission for pets can be granted after discussion with landlord.
