I recently accepted a job in Amsterdam and am renting my custom built house for the next few years. Since I love my house I don't want to sell and am looking for a respectful tenant to take good care of it for me while I'm gone :) The house was built as a custom home in June of 2015 and has the perfect layout. The main floor consists of the oversized garage (car + storage), a powder room, then open living, dining, and kitchen. The master bedroom is massive and has its own den that I currently use as a vanity/dressing area. It's nice because your partner can be getting ready without waking you up. There is a massive walk in closet and private covered deck. Lastly the bathroom is straight from a spa - three shower heads, two sinks, separate toilet, heated floors, the works! A huge highlight is the massive rooftop deck. There is room for a dining table, a couple lounge chairs, and of course the hot tub to take in the views of the stadiums and city lights. Can't beat that after a long day! *Option to include some of the furniture if that's of interest
