It is just a few walkable blocks away from all the amenities you could want - restaurants, movie theater, gym, library, banks, grocery store, drug store, etc. A large public green space, which leads down to Lake Washington, is just a few blocks the other direction and includes a dog park, multiple playgrounds, soccer and baseball fields.
