Beautiful Solar Powered Home, 5 minute walk to the beach. We pay for electricity which includes heat and AC. We also pay for sewer and gardening/yard service. My wife and I are renting out our beautiful house in Richmond Beach. It's within walking distance to the beach, library, Little Store, a few restaurants, and a bowling alley. There are also other amenities a short drive away. Richmond Beach is in a great school district with Shorewood Highschool. The house itself was built in 1962, it still has a few charming features from that time period but for the most part, my wife and I have put a lot of work into updating it and making it more energy efficient. The entire house is powered by solar, yet still connected to the grid. We're installing a level 2 car charger in the garage for our tenants. The house has three bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. It also has a two car garage, a huge living room and a dining room. The floors are mostly original oak hardwood with the exception of linoleum in the kitchen and dining room and tile in the master bath. We're replacing the linoleum with tile in December. About us: I work in renewable energy, Sarah used to be a professional dog trainer, now she's a full time mom. We moved to Bellingham about seven years ago and bought a new house here. We're upgrading the property in the month of December while it's empty. We're offering a month to month lease agreement. We charge an additional $450/month for electricity (which includes heating and AC), sewer, and landscape maintenance. Note, we just installed a new fridge, but we haven't updated the photos to reflect that.
