We are quiet at night, considerate, will invite you to watch a movie or have a bbq but will totally respect your privacy if you prefer to do your own thing, and we keep things clean. No pets. We all share the kitchen, dining room, and living room area. You and one roommate share the main floor bathroom, which has had its shower/tub recently remodeled. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, close enough to a light rail station to access city life, but just far enough away to still feel removed and safe.
