This is a great house in the friendly Maple Leaf neighborhood. It has easy access to I-5 and the light rail is just down the hill. You can be downtown in less than 15 minutes. There are lots of bus lines within easy walking distance of the Northgate station. It's close to good elementary, middle and high schools. There are hardwood floors throughout the main floor which is where 2 of the 4 bedrooms are located. The master and the 4th large bedroom are in the garden level. There's a wood-burning fireplace in the living room and a very large patio in the back with a built-in grill and big fireplace for outdoor entertaining. The backyard is big and completely fenced in. There is also a large deck off the kitchen with a heater to extend the outdoor season. Plenty of parking in front of the house off of the street. First month's rent, security deposit and any pet deposits are due at signing. Pets are accepted on a case by case situation and may require an extra deposit. The application fee is $50/person for anyone 18 and older. No application(s) accepted until the potential tenant(s) have toured the property by appointment only. All adults (18 and over) must complete a background check which is $50/person. We will not accept a reusable tenant screening report. Prospective tenants must have excellent rental history and credit. Combined monthly income should be 3 times the monthly rent. The security deposit and first month's rent are due at lease signing, as well as pet deposits. Dogs are $500, cats are $250. Pet deposits are refundable at the end of the lease term providing they do no damage to the house or yard. Tenants are responsible for all utilities as well as yard maintenance. This property is no smoking.
