Black Leather sectional sofa in terrific condition w/right hand section extension. Purchased in fall of 2015 from Dania when we moved into our current home. Adult use only and non smoking home with cats who lounge on the sofa. Condition of leather is good with no stains and a few modest scratches on the lower portion below seat cushions. Cats do not scratch on this sofa or I would list the condition of fabric lower. The cats like to scratch on our cloth fabric love seat so go figure. Also cushions are fairly smushed on the left side portion of sofa which is against the wall due to preference for television viewing seating. The right hand section remains pretty firm and side cushions on the corners are fine at each end. Right section detaches for shipping in your pickup or van. Condition is "Used". Local pickup only.
