Role Summary The Marketing Communication & Digital Sr Specialist will create all internal and external communications for Automobili Lamborghini America, ensuring messaging and brand representation is accurate and compliant with corporate identity across all channels. This role will also help manage event activities as needed and source materials, assets, branded items for activitations in support of all marketing departmen needs.This role will oversee all external facing assets from creation to completion managing ALA marketing agency and creative agencies. The Marketing Communication Manager will work to promote the Lamborghini brand, corporation, events and products digital marketing, graphics, brochures, event assets, logos, and other promotional assets. Responsibilities include identifying target audiences to build long-term relationships that generate increased sales, brand value, and product preference. This position reports to and assists the Head of Marketing and Communication while working in collaboration across CRM, sales, retail marketing, events and partnerships verticals. Role Responsibilities Main responsibility - 30% Develop and deliver communications programs and materials that effectively promote the Lamborghini brand and products. Develop and execute digital marketing and communications plan to generate awareness, engagement and conversion. Increase the awareness of products to support the realization of sales and aftersales objectives. Develop and execute tactical campaigns to support sales and, if needed, aftersales activities. Manage advertising efforts paid and organic. Manage content and imagery including maintaining image storage and distribution. Oversee creation of branding for display and exposition purposes. Manage creative agency, hours, projects, providing oversight and reporting to business. Manage TV & film placements from concept to production, ensuring brand promotion and CI compliance with HQ. Creation of all department presentations and case studies. Support department in the ordering and logging of branded items and Collezione materials (i.e. gifts, uniforms, etc) and budget accordingly. Support Collezione and brand items inventory management. Oversee assets and production at warehouse including all inventory management and tools. Support in the management of customer service agency for clientele communications (surveys
survey verbiage, polls, Agero customer service agency management) Support affiliate marketing initiatives through editorial and content management. Management of the consumer response site/effort for websites. Manage product placement agency and reporting ensure brand image is well represented in film, TV, commercials, influencer placements. Collaborate with CRM and Business Sr. Specialist to manage consumer facing, front end of CRM tools. Retail Marketing / Digital Marketing Support - 30% Monitor and improve dealer marketing capability and efficiencies Ensure strong CI/CD standards at dealer level and throughout ALA initiatives. Ensure effective implementation of marketing assets and communications (internal, client facing and dealer facing). Ensure compliant and effective dealer retail marketing initiatives. Create, analyze and report on spend and compliance status for Dealer network / co-op program. Monitor dealership marketing activities (via retail marketing managers) and issue / record marketing notices in violation of Lamborghini policy. Oversee ACB Monitoring tool and deploy across dealer network. Post event reporting. Production of official communications to dealer network Support the Customer Journey at the retail level. Write content (including blog posts, website copy, CRM tools, and more) as needed to support content marketing, influencer marketing and thought leadership programs. Responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring company's social media strategy in concert with HQ Support additional brand and content marketing programs as needed. Create & write content (including blog posts, website copy, ebooks and more) as needed to support content marketing, influencer marketing and thought leadership programs. Support marketing events and retail programs as needed. Ensure all dealers are compliant in their quarterly and annual marketing spends. Inform and issue warnings / fines to non-compliant dealers. Event management & Content Creation - 30% Support Head of Marketing and Communication and Head of Experiential & Partnerships in the execution of all event and partnership activities. Ensure CI compliance process across all verticals. Develop materials and assets in support of all activations. Oversee customer engagement and brand exposure. Oversee production of assets for all activations and asset management (creation, shipping, fulfillment, production, storage and billing). Creation of event materials, invitations, promotions and communications to dealer and customer network. Maintain luxury touchpoints and appropriate CI across all Lamborghini activities. Support PR team with influencer engagement; spearheading content creator relationships and opportunities. Support Head of Marketing and Communication and HQ in the development and implementation of digital strategy. Strategize and develop creative digital assets to be developed by agency. Development and execution of a complete social media strategy to amplify brand exposure. Production of official digital related communications to dealer network. Asset (Photography, social, media, advertising) creation, management and strategy. Ensure that all dealers are compliant with all used car online / social media advertising. Support HQ efforts and regional marketing in amplifying Lamborghini America event content on social channels. Keep up-to-date on new digital technologies that are relevant to the super luxury business. Create social media tracking for brand and network; support HQ social media efforts

Support in coordinating Lamborghini fleet tracking and vehicle movements. Organize and support in coordinating Lamborghini marketing calendars. Support in development of Lamborghini events & campaigns (for Sales Force primarily). Budget optimizations and management within the CRM and Digital disciplines. Collaborate with internal stake holders on the development of future product launch strategies. Assist in planning and present at Dealer meetings, conferences and trainings. Support retail marketing teams in the development of retail marketing programs and needed support materials and assets. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
