We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to propose and develop scalable solutions to complex pricing challenges.
You will help shape the future of Softlines Private Brands pricing, leveraging a ground breaking effort across technology, research and business teams.
You will dive into local pricing challenges, gaining a broad perspective of how Softlines Private Brands operates throughout the world, and use analytics to deliver actionable insights and solutions.
You will need to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Set Pricing goals for Softlines Private Brands businesses and own their delivery in collaboration with technology and business teams.
Define and standardize the key inputs to the pricing strategy, including competitive sets, profitability guardrails and matching guidelines.
Automate key pricing decisions.
Construct a workflow to detect and address pricing defects.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of:

Influencing internal and external stakeholders to prioritize our needs in a world of multiple competing priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication:
Document strategy/prioritization with supporting reasoning, user stories, critical decisions, and SOPs/training.
Executive presence; present these documents across all levels of the organization.

Private Label Fashion is part of a family of Private Label businesses.
Identify opportunities to build solutions greater than the immediate problem.
Understand the difference between what solution the team needs vs.
what they say they want.

Be able to support your opinions with sound reasoning grounded in the business.

The right path is not always clear, and the ideal solution may be farther in the future than the business allows.

Program/project management:
Build plans with clear objectives, milestones, stakeholders, and metrics.
Create centrally-accessible resources and project plans for all stakeholder groups to access to drive clarity across the organization.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
