The nature of our work requires us to carefully prioritize short and long-term initiatives, mobilizing our talent internally and through away teams to deliver mission critical work.
You will be primarily responsible for defining and delivering the technical, non-science components of PARS Machine Learning solutions critical to the success of PARS ML investments.
You will drive business and system-level reviews of the PARS Data Lake, Feature Store, Labeling and Audit Operations, ML Monitoring, and ML Infrastructure on behalf of PARS science teams.
You own coordination of priorities with global PARS science teams, and the execution of these non-science components critical to the success of ML in PARS.
You will help PARS science teams align with data, tech and operations teams, make architectural decisions, and drive adoption of the critical mechanisms necessary to ensure the program's success.
You will be expected to make appropriate trade-offs to optimize time-to-market, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal global cross-functional teams.
The right candidate will possess the ability to effectively drive, influence and negotiate with data (not power).
They will have demonstrated experience leading large projects with cross-functional teams having shared goals not necessarily direct authority.
You should thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and shouldn't be hindered by ambiguity or multiple competing priorities.
As a Senior Leader you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
An ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner.
Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent, and leadership are essential to success in this role.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
