The Amazon Fresh US Retail team is looking for a motivated self-starter who's passionate about developing strategy and new initiatives to impact the future of our business.
You will lead our promotions strategy, coordinate across multiple retail teams (e.
g.
, buying/vendor management, product/program management, operations, marketing/merchandising), build scalable tools and processes, and identify growth opportunities.
You will deliver results at both a strategic and tactical level across all aspects of the business.
As a Sr.
Program Manager, you will be responsible for working with different business and product owners across the organization to define the promotions strategy, requirements and timelines, and support new and existing initiatives including weekly ads, coupons, seasonal events, displays etc.
Your direct responsibility will be to manage performance of the promotions program, ensuring financial targets are maintained, scalable processes and supporting technology and tools are built, guidelines are developed, and a best-in-class customer experiences is delivered instore and online broadly across the store.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer experience intuition, business and product sense combined with solid understanding of technical concepts.
You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
High judgment, ability to influence, analytical talent, exceptional communications, and leadership are essential to success in this role.
