Want to lead a team of talented, dedicated technical writers working on the forefront of cloud technologies? The AWS technical documentation is hiring a Senior Documentation Manager for our Partner and Managed Services spaces.
Our documentation is key to helping customers craft cloud-based IoT solutions.
Your team plays a critical role by providing clear, concise, accurate content tailored to the needs of our customers.
As a Senior Documentation Manager, you will lead a team of Technical Writers who develop and continuously improve our public facing technical documentation and code examples available on https:

You will work with engineering teams and other groups to define team deliverables, priorities and processes.
You'll also contribute to the writing and editing of the documentation.
Ideally you have a technical background, can get comfortable using AWS services, and work well with SDEs, Product Managers, and Technical Program Managers and leaders.
You have outstanding people management skills, and a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality technical content.
The ideal candidate also has experience working with cloud technologies and developers, and understands the needs of current and potential cloud customers.
Key Responsibilities Lead and develop your team of Technical Writers.
Help to shape and deliver content strategies that drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Drive content strategy and planning with engineering partners, writers, and others.
Define writing projects and set team and shared goals.
Work with writers and editors (Yes, we have editors!!) to help improve writing quality.
Identify and drive opportunities to improve efficiency.
Drive customer learning efforts and engage with the community.
Create, maintain and improve technical documentation! Track, analyze, and report on content performance against customer goals using key metrics.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
