Responsibilities:
Facilitate the Purchase Order process from order entry to delivery.
Work with Accounting and Fulfillment Centers to resolve billing issues and reduce discrepancies.
Monitor daily outbound orders and provide daily reports on outbound shipments Ensure 3PL vendors have received orders and ship dates.
Track and manage customer orders and shipments closely to meet service and delivery expectations.
You will be successful in this role if you have experience entering orders, tracking deliveries, and communicating order status with customers.

years of Order Processing experience in an E-Commerce distribution company Familiarity with ERP systems for inventory and order management Previous experience working with big box retail customers and 3PL vendors Experience tracking and managing outbound shipments High proficiency with MS Excel and Outlook Strong customer service skillsPay:
$22/hr (get paid weekly!)WorkSchedule:
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm Location:
South Lake Union area of Seattle.
Currently remote for the next 3-6 months but you will need to go in office in the future.
