Do you have at least 2 years of customer service experience and ERP experience? A leading manufacturer of electric heating solutions is currently searching for a Customer Service Representative to join their team!This family owned company has been delivering American made smart heating solutions to their customers across North America for over 60 years.
In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of their growing on-line order process.

Receiving, compiling, and entering order information into the companies ERP systemProviding excellent communication in regards to problems, changes or updates to both the warehouse team and the customerSolve customer issues Assisting in the processing and shipping of all daily orders You will be successful in this roleif you have experience working independently in a high-volume environment andare committed to providing outstanding customer service every day.
