You will:
Work under the general direction of the Division Director within the parameters established by federal law and agency policy. Serve as the acting Division Director in absence of the Division Director, with all authorities and responsibilities delegated to that position. On matters for which the Division Director is recused or for which the incumbent is assigned lead responsibility by the Division Director, the incumbent exercises responsibilities and authorities of the Division Director's position. Represents the Division and Region 10 in the resolution of policy disputes with senior officials of other government agencies and private organizations. Act as the principal troubleshooter on policy issues related to states, tribes and other federal agencies. Provide resolutions of policy disputes with senior officials of other government agencies and private organizations, which amounts to negotiating on behalf of the Agency decision makers with representatives from other Agencies and the regulated community regarding enforcement policies and issues. Perform comprehensive analysis of national policies relating to program issues. Responsible for anticipating national policy impacts on implementation of the compliance and enforcement programs in the Region. You do not need a degree to qualify for this position.We are looking for at least one year of specialized experience related to this position as described below:
To qualify for the GS-15 level, you need to have at least one year of full-time experience equivalent to the GS-14 level defined as experience providing leadership in improving the performance of an organization and monitoring the budget, human, or informational resources within an organization; conducting briefings for government, industrial officials and the public where regulatory, legal or technical concepts are presented; and experience negotiating agreements on regulatory compliance matters involving differing perspectives or positions.Your answers to the online assessment will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
