Design and execute marketing campaigns to help Moments partners achieve their business goals.
Write and run scripts to set up and launch million dollar campaigns.
2.
Create technical documents to help partners and business development on-board on to Amazon Moments service.
3.
Lead operations for Moments, including building scalable processes to ensure revenue collection/attribution.
Collaborate with multiple organizations and effectively communicate customer needs to product management.
4.
Write SQL queries and build Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards to monitor campaign data, increase delivery efficiency and improve partner satisfaction index.
5.
Design product features and technical tools in partnership with engineering to improve overall customer experience by making campaign launch operations more efficient.
6.
Handle partner questions and resolve customer escalations using the hands-on approach.
Build content and automate processes to solve these problems in a more scalable manner.
7.
Synthesize data and perform statistical analysis to back up assumptions and facilitate data-driven decisions.
Dive into the analytics output and triangulate potential issues8.
Partner closely with sales, marketing, product and legal/compliance to ensure successful initiatives.
Share program/project process frameworks, tools, and best practices that can be adopted throughout the organization.
9.
Work closely with our engineering teams to optimize how we test, roll out, and update core components at scale, making sure that every part of the marketing campaign launch is covered.
10.
Domestic travel required up to 10% of the time.
