We are seeking a results-oriented and inventive product manager to re-design our internal transfers process and help Amazonians develop while delivering for customers all over the world.
This position will own the end-to-end management, measurement, and design of mechanisms which support Amazonians discover and move to new roles.
This includes diagnosing existing processes to drive current business objectives and growth, identifying process defects and root causes, and building mechanisms to disrupt processes which do not scale.
