Seattle AWS Office Administrator

The Seattle AWS Office Administrator will support the AWS Support Team.
A successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to handle confidential information, as well as demonstrate the ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities.
Key Responsibilities Organize, execute, and assist with AWS Support team activities (team social events, site events , staff meeting agendas, All-Hands meetings, on-sites/off-sites, etc.
).
Create agendas and coordinate participants in off-site meetings and deep dive reviews.
Manage and coordinate critical information as it relates to AWS Support facilities and space management; work closely with facilities and management teams to ensure the appropriate space utilization is occurring in both SEA and PDX.
Maintain the event and activities budget for AWS PNW PS team.
This involves ensuring site specific initiatives that involve travel, transportation, etc are assessed for cost impacts against the budget as well as alternative options are communicated and implemented for teams.
Coordinate closely with Workforce Management, Recruiting, Facilities, HR, and other teams within the AWS Support community to effectively roll out site wide events and programs.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside the company.
Serve as representative on PNW team-building Committees and Peer Recognition Program for AWS Support.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
