Transportation Risk Compliance (TRC) is a team that protects all of Amazon's transportation businesses, implementing scalable risk management solutions to enable business growth.
These systems, invisible to the customer, aim to work seamlessly across the transportation network to ensure safe and compliant package delivery.
The Transportation Risk Compliance Team is looking for an experienced Principal Risk Manager for Amazon's Transportation Products.
As Amazon is continuously developing new transportation products, this global leader will work with transportation business leaders to proactively identify compliance and regulatory risks in the product idea phase.
They will propose innovative approaches and risk mitigation strategies for solving them during product planning and own compliance testing and post launch monitoring plans.
In this highly visible role, working closely with the transportation legal, product, and technical teams, this person will own ensuring all of our products launch with the right controls to ensure the safety and compliance of Amazon and our transportation partners.
This senior leader will leverage the knowledge from this work, as well as, existing and planned regulations to create and influence Amazon's transportation product strategies and to maintain those throughout the business lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Partnering with Legal, business teams and tech teams to identify regulatory, compliance, or other risks, providing risk subject matter expertise (SME) to influence product design.
Ensuring transportation compliance awareness within each transportation product lifecycle Developing and leading the end-to-end transportation product risk management process from stakeholder engagement and risk identification standards, to feature development and post launch monitoring.
Guiding senior leadership on balancing risk management concerns and mitigations with business product roadmaps.
Seeking opportunities and anticipating challenges/obstacles our transportation business could face as the global business and regulatory landscape evolves.
Communicating project issues and statuses in a concise, accurate, and professional manner to business partners and executives.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
