Program Manager, Underserved Populations

Are you passionate about social change AND great technology? We are looking for a creative, and mission-oriented program manager to drive new retail experience and capabilities for traditionally-underserved customers on Amazon, including for the Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program pilot and related complementary customer-facing programs.
As a Program Manager you will have ownership and responsibility to drive key business KPIs, processes and operations.
This Program Manager will partner closely with Product Managers, Operations teams, and Engineers to improve customer experiences, scale the business, and drive expansion.
You will support a new business and own goals and initiatives from end to end.
This requires strong leadership skills and interaction with Amazon's cross functional teams to drive the development and enhancement of our products.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in dealing with ambiguity, have strong attention to detail, be motivated by a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, and will be comfortable thinking big and diving deep.
In this position you will:
Deep dive and analyze key business performance metrics, identify gaps, create plans to mitigate and drive to closure Own regular business reviews with leadership and operational teams to audit ongoing performance against key metrics and program goal Develop new plans and roadmap to drive expansion Cross functional coordination and alignment Define new goals to measure the success of our program and drive health of the program Monitor and respond to customer feedback.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
