Sr. Program Manager

Amazon is looking for a Sr.
Program Manager in the Ultra-Fast Delivery team, who will own devising strategy for ultra-fast delivery products of Amazon.
Considering the fast paced growth of Amazon in ultra-fast delivery space, the PM is expected to deal with ambiguity, drive insights, and leverage his/her strong deep dive and problem solving skills to lead critical business decisions.
Simultaneously, the PM should have strong bias towards customer obsession by devising faster delivery options at lower costs with an improved customer experience.
In any important decision making, he/she should collaborate with and influence teams across Retail, Finance, and Operations.
The PM must have appropriate executive presence to be able to present business cases to senior leadership.
Responsibilities include Define delivery offering that will enable better speed and quality for Amazon customers Build delivery models that can answer complex topology problems of customer offering and cost at zip level Drive innovation in simplifying delivery models and manage large data sources Ability to work through ambiguity, back up with reasonable assumptions and learn and be curious to validate and modify assumptions along a project roadmap Deep dive data to drive critical business decisions Collaborate with other teams to drive delivery strategy to execution Manage execution path of projects, evaluate risks and propose alternative paths is applicable Coordinate with field partners and other execution teams to continuously improve delivery quality and customer experience Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager / owner mentality.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
