Director Software Engineering

As a Technology Director, you will lead and manage all aspects of product management life cycle from strategy through delivery and measurement.
You lead all technical work for items in your assigned work space and are responsible for the mentoring, coaching, and management of a team of software engineers, product and development managers.
You partner with the recruiting team to recruit, hire and onboard new team members.
You define, build, communicate and manage clear business metrics and service level agreements and continuously evaluate our core technology processes and look for opportunities to streamline and add greater value.
You with senior leadership on organizational design and execution and are a leader across the organization QUALIFICATIONS 5
years of management experience 7
years direct software development experience Strong software development, design and architecture experience Have experience partnering with and/or leading technical product managers and/or product management teams Demonstrate the ability to think big and follow through on delivering significant business innovation Experience working in a highly agile software development environment Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines Demonstrated personal initiative and strong ownership Exceptional communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence others Very strong analytical skills with experience building financial models to measure program results Experience building and support technology solutions focused on a retail direct to consumer supply chain is a big plus Education Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
