Job Summary and Mission
This position contributes to Starbucks success by assuming end-to-end responsibility for the strategic value, usability, and performance for the Starbucks marketing technology solutions. To be successful, the product manager needs to have a passion for building the right capabilities for our business and our customers balanced with the analytical rigor to test measure and iterate to deliver on the best experience and business value.

Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Manages product planning through day to day collaboration and decision making with a cross-functional team including technical product managers, architects, developers, designers and business or subject matter representatives
Responsible for building and maintaining product strategy and roadmaps for marketing technologies
Stays abreast of technology trends and performs and presents market research. Utilize technology trends in product ideation and planning
Responsible for leading alignment of capability tradeoffs with decision makers
Leads and facilitates negotiations and requirements with 3rd party vendors on complex solutions
Designs and drives capability assessments to inform product requirements and influence product design and experience
Directs and leads the creation/maintenance of product backlog, business value definition
Responsible for feature execution against goals; responsible for executive visibility
Defines measurement plan, analyzes, and presents KPI's that measure and benchmark product success, and direct overall product health and stability initiatives based on results
Executes Martech vision by creating cross-functional alignment of priorities
Recommends and plans innovative capability approaches to meeting business and customer goals
Drives optimization and process improvements between product, engineering, design and delivery
Directs and develops team members/ peers through coaching & mentoring on product management skills, business acumen, and soft skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
