The HR team supporting Amazon Finance is seeking an experienced and influential diversity program manager to help HR and Finance partner to create and execute against Amazon Financeu2019s Diversity Strategy and Action Plan. Working within the Finance HR team and reporting to the Finance HR Director, you will focus on initiatives to be delivered within the Finance organization including supporting the pillars of the Diversity Strategy and Action plan (pillars include recruiting, retention & development, and community) as well as partnering with the Finance Womenu2019s affinity group WiFi (Women in Finance Initiative) to deliver programing, planning, and leadership. You will plan, execute, and deliver work product in multiple formats including frameworks, self-service tools, in-person development activities, and specific consultation based on leader need. Just as importantly, you will track and communicate results at the senior leadership level. Ability to access and analyze quantitative and qualitative data, assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, address partner concerns, make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs as they implement centralized guidance around diversity program execution is critical. This role requires the ability to be a thought leader, to customize solutions to the Finance organization and the unique Amazon culture, to educate and influence a team of passionate and engaged Sr. Finance leaders, and the ability to translate strategies or prior practices into practical and actionable solutions. Successful candidates will have experience driving, initiating, and delivering people-related change management programs, earning trust with customers, and translating research into action. You should not only be passionate about delivering meaningful diversity solutions but obsessed with rigorous goal-setting, continuous process improvement, and mentorship. Develop goals and strategies; implement and scale initiatives globally across large, diverse and multifunctional organization.n
Provide consulting to HR Business Partners and Finance leaders to develop appropriate reports, metrics and research.n
Earn trust across a range of levels and disciplines to establish yourself and the team as a trusted SME with Finance Business and Affinity Group Leaders.n
Partner with Central Diversity teams to share and identify best practices, leverage effective tools from across Amazon and deploy them in a way that is meaningful to Finance.n
Influence global diversity strategies and practices across all of Amazon through collaborative partnership with the Central Diversity teams.n
Inspire and connect people to drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities.nnBasic Qualifications n

yearsu2019 experience in HR, Diversity Program or Change Managementn
Bacheloru2019s Degree in HR, Org Development or other related programnnPreferred Qualificationsn

HR Business Partner or HR Manager experience strongly preferredn
Experience delivering programs for large, cross-functional audiencesn
Experience using data-driven decision makingn
Experience developing educational resources and servicesn
Organizational change experiencen
