The AWS QuickSight team is looking for passionate Software Engineers to help create the next version of this newly launched product tackling a variety of problems like Data Wrangling, Embedding, Automation and Machine Learning, plus many more. As a key member of the QuickSight team, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and build a brand new product offering from AWS while getting hands on experience integrating with many AWS data products. You will have a direct and visible impact in helping customers make critical business decisions by seamlessly enabling them to analyze their data stored in AWS or their own data repositories.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field

years industry experience in software development building production systems
Ability to lead and mentor other software engineers
In-depth understanding of Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem solving
Experience building complex, scalable, high-performance software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced agile development environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building Full stack software engineering solutions including Web and Mobile
Experience building products focused on data wrangling, cleansing, machine learning or enterprise software features
In-depth knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks
Hands on experience with large scale distributed systems
