Facility Operations Supervisor
The Opportunity
As a Facility Operations Supervisor you would be responsible for overseeing the operations at our processing facility in the Seattle area. This includes supervision of multiple plant employees and plant operations such as drum pumping and drum dumping.
Key
Responsibilities:
Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
Performs multiple site specific plant operations, including, but not limited to the coordination and scheduling and operational support for , drum pumping, drum dumping, water and oil treatment operations, waste check-in and product loadout, scanning applications for waste tracking, logistics coordination, and proper warehousing.
Supervises multiple employees and plant operations
Ensures that employees follow and maintain all applicable Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures, holds employee's accountable.
Works under the direction of the Plant Operations Manager or equivalent.
Reviews all applicable SOP's annually and scores satisfactorily on quizzes.
Understands and drives Clean Compliance Standard.
Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management such as maintaining a clean work environment and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
2-3 years' experience in a foreman or leadership role
Proficiency in multiple site specific plant operations such as: drum pumping, drum dumping, and repackaging operations.
Proficiency in Windows based applications.
Knowledge of CHI systems such as: scanning applications, EOM scanning SOP's, VPI / Pick sheets
Organization and leadership skills
