Our recruiting firm is growing at a rapid pace and we are excited to now have a need for another Account Manager / Recruiter! This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to be challenged, work hard, and rewarded for what they love to do.
This is a key role for our firm and the position is highly visible. You will work directly with ownership and be expected to contribute in a leadership capacity as this new division continues to grow.
In this role you will be working with some of our top producing accounts. You will be tasked with managing the expansion and retention of current and new company clientele, be able to understand our clients most urgent recruiting needs, prioritize searches, conduct applicant interviews and manage the entire interview process. You will identify top applicants, submit their backgrounds, conduct reference checks and consult them throughout the hiring process.
Qualified candidates must be organized, professional, articulate, carry themselves with a high level of professionalism and integrity. You must possess that it factor and be comfortable working individually (since this is a telecommuting position) as well as with a team. Excellent presentation and follow up skills are a must combined with an ability to effectively manage your own schedule.
Our Ideal Candidate will have:

Years Business to Business sales experience (recruiting, full-cycle preferred)
A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding goals
An amazing ability to organize and track information
An upbeat and positive attitude!
4 year degree (preferred) but not required
