We currently have very exciting contract opportunities available for Technical Sourcer(s) in Seattle, WA.
Responsibilities:
Aggressively Identify, Develop, and Convert candidates to applicants through internal database searches, Boolean Internet Searches, Job Board Databases, Social Networking Sites, and other information sources as appropriate.
Appropriately screen candidates based interest level, availability, visa status, salary range, relocation requirements, and basic qualifications.
Document interview notes and sends top candidate notes Conducts follow-up with candidates and recruiters to ensure timely delivery of all objectives.
Requirements
3
years of experience in a fast-paced, dynamic sourcing role
Demonstrated experience recruiting for technical profiles; primarily Software Development Engineers
Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
Strong facilitation skills to enable fruitful discussions among colleagues
Ability to work successfully with collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams
Enthusiastic and motivated self-starter who is not afraid to ask questions and has a natural focus on making an impact
Works well with a variety of working styles and personalities; friendly, outgoing manner
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches and projects; excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail
