PURPOSE Supervise all aspects of project
job
site including relamps, retrofits, fixture upgrades, etc. utilizing subcontractors. This includes (but is not limited to) surveys, scheduling, ordering of material and special equipment (if necessary), managing of recycling through approved companies, on the job site inspections, progress reports (internal and external, if required), meeting all project completion timeframes, and to maintain productivity levels to insure profitability.
Responsibilities: This
position
would be the main contact with the customer on the job site on a daily basis. This individual is also responsible for timely and accurate completion of all internal and external reporting in relation to these
jobs
. All daily or weekly schedules for the job, securing of material and special equipment would also be included. This individual must be willing to travel within their region, up to 50% as required by the work schedule. In addition, this individual must insure timely completion of the job and the timely and accurate completion of all paperwork required by the particular job. All reporting for internal and external purposes would also be part of the responsibility. Qualifications EDUCATION AND
Qualifications: Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience working with subcontractors preferred. Good organizational and communication skills a must with previous
computer
skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) a plus. Electrical license preferred, but not required MYK62683JREstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
