Business Analyst - HRIS

Job Description:

This position supports the HR Director in managing the day-to-day Human Resources functions including: HR compliance, compensation, 401(k), benefits, payroll, employee relations, performance review and merit-based increase planning, and HRIS system administration. Additionally, this position manages HRIS ensuring data integrity, report writing, efficiency of administration and analyzes data flows for trends and process improvement opportunities, and produces workforce analytic data to support HR decisions. Project management duties as assigned.




Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
