Summary: Fragomen seeks to employ an Immigration Coordinator to work remotely, at our client site, in Seattle,
washington
. The Immigration Coordinator will be responsible for communicating regularly on procedural and case processing issues to the client. The ideal candidate will possess at least 1 year of business immigration experience, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as superior client service skills.
Responsibilities: Client Relations Communicate regularly and in person with clients regarding procedural and case processing issues Discuss US visa stamping procedures Run and update status reports Team Interaction Provide team information regarding client processes and procedures Communicate case progress/status/issues to
supervisor
Administrative Support Prepare daily courier packages and log contents Complete requests to print government petitions Respond to client request for document copies Securely upload and transfer documents across networks Monitor progress of cases Enter data in case management system May have case management system responsibilities Identify ways to improve team productivity Competencies Required: Client Relations Demonstrate a client service focus Comfortable with public speaking Respond timely and effectively to client requests and know when to escalate Communicate both verbally and in writing clearly and accurately and, adhere to client confidentiality and privacy Provide a high level of client service ensuring customer satisfaction Team Interaction Meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress/status/issues to supervisor Demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and team Contribute to a positive work environment Administrative Support Maintain files Extract data from questionnaires and documents for accurate input into case management system Generate reports from case management system Achieve a high level of productivity File and organize emails Multitask in a fast paced environment with competing demands Requirements: BS or BA Degree required At least 3 years of business immigration experience with an immigration law firm, department or corporate immigration function Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational skills Superior client service skills Knowledge of MS Outlook and Share Point preferred.
