We are actively looking for Tech Lead Managers to help grow our team and product.
What You'll Do:
- Responsible for building up and managing the Global E-Commerce tech team in the US.
- Responsible for designing the architecture of technical solutions and providing technical support for engineers in the team.
- Align with product and org objectives, and coordinate with cross-functional teams on delivering key results.
- Define long term technical roadmap for the team.
- Contribute to technical decisions on projects among the product.
QualificationsWho We're Looking For:
- Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- 5
years managing or tech-leading a software engineering team.
- 5
years of large scale backend system development experience.
- Strong experience with Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of leading initiatives to automate tasks and improve efficiency and quality.
- Demonstrable experience in cost management and optimization, supported by a record of data-driven decision-making and process improvement.
