About the Role:
The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth can not be underestimated.

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our E-commerce Operations team in the US, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.
We aim to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing, to identify growth opportunities, develop product initiatives, and implement data-driven experiments to improve key growth metrics.
- Devote attention to newly onboarded sellers on TikTok Shop, strategizing to maximize sustainable growth and success throughout their lifecycle.
- Develop and refine seller incubation strategies tailored to high-potential SMB sellers, ensuring their seamless integration into the platform.
- Analyze seller performance metrics to identify areas for improvement within the incubation program, providing valuable insights for product development and process enhancement.
- Act as a liaison between sellers and product development teams, conveying the needs and feedback of sellers to inform product enhancements and optimizations.
- Take ownership of channel management and seller communication strategies, utilizing various approaches such as email outreach and mass account management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to share knowledge and drive the adoption of best practices within the e-commerce ecosystem.
- Develop comprehensive e-commerce content strategies and success playbooks, including video and Live content, offering strategic guidance and recommendations to SMB sellers.
Qualifications- Bachelors degree or above.
- 5
years of experience in e-commerce business management; Mixed experience in e-commerce incubation, growth, product, mass account management.
- 5
years experience in e-commerce merchandising, live and short video content strategy, or account management.
- 3
years of people management experience, preferably in a high-growth, start-up setting.
- Strong knowledge of the US e-commerce landscape, and consumer demands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience in a highly results-oriented environment with external customer interaction is required.
- Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, be logical and strong at problem solving.
- Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
