About the teamThe e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.
TikTok Shop re-imagines global eCommerce with rich content and endless joy.
Responsibilities:
1.
Set and maintain TTS categories and attributes, output rules and establish management processes to make the underlying framework structure of categories meet customer needs and support business development.
2.
Based on user behavior, market trend and business development stage, collected and investigated internal and external needs and feedback, carried out continuous iteration of category structure and attributes, carried out analysis and evaluation of category structure and attributes, and was responsible for the implementation of demand analysis, judgment and implementation of adding, splitting, merging and closing categories.
3.
Cooperate with product and R&D teams to output product requirements and plans related to category operation side, and improve the effective management and operation efficiency of category platform through product development and operation implementation.
4.
Cooperate with algorithm, product, search and recommendation teams to realize the visual application of underlying category attribute data to various front-end shopping guide scenarios, and improve the refined operation ability of the platform and consumer experience.
Qualifications1.
3
years work experience with the e-commerce industry.
2.
More than 2 years of e-commerce category operation experience on e-commerce platforms, good understanding and practice of category design methodology, product characteristics and consumer behavior.

Be good at using data and metrics to determine improvements.
4.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
5.
Strong attention to detail.
6.
Excellent communication, collaboration and project management capabilities, able to flexibly adjust strategies in complex situations.
Preferred Qualifications1.
Experience in global corporations is preferred.
2.
Experience managing people and business operations end-to-end as a remote site leader.
