What you'll doAs an integral part of the Docusign Microservices Framework team, the Microservices Framework Storage Team constructs and manages storage solutions for all Microservices Framework service teams utilizing Public Cloud Azure.
Our efforts are grounded in several key pillars:
Data management solutions, Routing & Sharding Platform for Microservices Framework Service, Storage Disaster Recovery and Data User Access Experience.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Engineering.
ResponsibilityDesign, implement, and optimize Azure storage solutions to meet the organization's data storage and retrieval needs by working closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, architect scalable storage solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectivesTake the ownership of Event Hub, Event Bus, and HSM featuresCollaborate closely with internal MSF service teams to address feature requests related to these storage types using Terraform and ADO pipelineProvide storage architecture review with new and existing service teamsImplement and improve data metrics and alert systems for detecting storage issues associated with each of these components, and offer troubleshooting assistance in the production environment when necessaryLead Disaster Recovery initiatives for Event Hub, Event Bus, and HSMStreamline the DR process through automation utilizing ADO and Python/Powershell scriptsCoordinate with Program Managers and MSF service teams to ensure regular execution of DR exercisesOffer assistance for the Routing Platform, including deployment, troubleshooting, feature implementation, validation and on-call dutyJob DesignationHybrid:
Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work.
Access to an office location is required.

What you bringBasic8
years of hands-on software development experience in an object-oriented programming language such as C#, C+
or Java2
years working with cloud deployment and configuration tools using scripting and configuration platformsExperience with driving decisions based on Telemetry and metrics to take a data driven approachPreferredExperience with Object oriented programming to build shims/API, multi-threading, No-SQL database development and Azure storage architectAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environmentHave an interest in working on a highly available siteExperience with being a part of on call rotationA passion to learn new software technologies and platformsWage TransparencyBased on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

$145,800.
00 - $214,350.
