Job Title: Project Manager (Content licensing/acquisition)
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
Duration: 9 months
Pay Rate: $48-51/hr
Required Skills:
Bachelor degree preferred
Don t want candidates who were just tech assistants or similar in the industry
Prefer previous streaming experience (Max, Netflix, etc.)
Customer service experience
Proficiency in Excel
AirTable experience preferred
Experience with following SOP
Responsibilities:
You will work cross-functionally across the streaming platfomr organization to drive initiatives that enhance our customer experience for video providers around the world.
Additionally, PVD is a self-submission tool that requires providers to submit content title by title (one title at a time) to be made available on streaming platform worldwide.
To protect customers and streaming platform, a series of reviews and checks have been purposefully built so that every title, asset, and change made is checked/reviewed by a human or system (or both).
To optimize the customer experience and grow selection on streaming platform, we are embarking on a largescale licensing effort for title's submitted.
Today, there is no automated bulk re-submit titles or bulk license due to the limitations of PVD's tooling and systems.
We are onboarding experienced operators to execute and manage this submission and licensing effort.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
