The AWS Data Center Supply Solutions, Real Estate Team is looking for a talented, experienced Strategic Renewal Manager.
In this role, you will be a key member of the Real Estate Team and will be responsible for coordinating and managing data center real estate approval processes and metrics; end-to-end ownership of financial requirements, reporting, metric and analysis; coordinate legal documentation and overall portfolio analysis.
The ideal candidate needs to be detailed oriented and a strong communicator that can work independently and will possess a high level of competence in performing a full range of portfolio responsibilities in an extremely fast paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
Key job responsibilitieso Collect, coordinate and manage portfolio renewal process and approvalso Perform strategic analysis of existing portfolio and support planning for renewalso Support negotiations for lease renewals and site exitso Track and report on contractual obligations and critical dates o Collect and disseminate regular reports to internal partnerso Manage portfolio reporting and tracking, create dashboards, and perform analysiso Create and track key metrics, KPI's and SLA's for existing portfolioo Responsible for creating and managing weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews for existing portfolioo Drive process implementation and improvementso Identification of cost saving opportunities with existing sites and financial analysiso Assist in portfolio optimization and the creation of templatesA day in the lifeEach day you will interact with different teams responsible for all aspects of the data center portfolio.
You will prioritize your activities to support data center strategic portfolio planning and analysis.
