Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to support the growth of our Scale AWS Partner Core Solutions Architecture team.
Successful technical program managers leverage their technical depth, management, and leadership capabilities to pro-actively identify and manage risks, resolve issues, and escalate where appropriate to drive a high bar.
You will play an active role in building the future state of scale programs, creating technical content, training and implementation plans, along with driving cross-functional alignment with various AWS teams, partner stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
To be successful in this role, you will have have a proven track record in building and scaling successful technical programs for partners and internal stakeholders.
You will have strong communication, product building, and program management skills including knowledge in business operations.
You will also have experience and skills associated with building out and driving technical programs with success indicators built in, with an ability to look across corners.
As an effective programs leader, you will track key performance indicators to help support the future state of each development workstream and ensure success.
You will provide frequent program status updates to stakeholders and business leaders.
You will also lead communications and operational plans for the team.
You will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high energy environment.
You will be a creative and analytical problem solver who likes diving into data, with a passion for delivering results.
Key job responsibilitiesDevelop and maintain AWS partner technical validation programs, delivering an excellent Partner experience and enforcing a consistent technical bar across all reviews.
Work with global Partner Solutions Architects (PSAs) in order to drive consistent mechanismsAnalyze data to identify process defects, build ongoing enablement mechanisms to drive consistency, and standardize operations across global teams.
Automate processes and lead development efforts through automation work that increases output of the program, while maintaining quality.
Create effective communications and program roadmaps that align with regional and worldwide stakeholdersOwn documentation updates (internal and external), and as the primary point of contact for questions and escalations related to program operations.
Implement feedback loops to continuously iterate on programmatic/ scale mechanisms that improve upon existing systems, services, and programsWork directly within AWS data lakes and create real-time dashboards to report on program deliverablesAbout the teamThis role could involve up to 20% travel.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
