Qualifications:
This position is for a senior Program Operations leader within Boeing Global Services (BGS) Program Management Office that will lead the operational effectiveness and performance across Managed Program including Component Services Program (CSP) and Landing Gear Exchange (LGE).
This position will lead a team executing on Key Performance Indicators including but not limited to aggregation of managed program revenue, earnings, inventory & cash, across all CSP fleets and LGE programs.
The role will establish the Program cadence and reporting requirements for the Program level PMs, as well as report aggregated performance to internal executive leadership.
This position will own the program-level change-board, develop project and program plans across functional areas to achieve program objectives, as well as conduct analysis and studies to determine impacts across programs.
This leader will also be responsible to lead offerability by establishing proposal tools and processes and coordinating with Sales on individual campaign proposal development and Supply Chain on executability of new contracts.
This role is for a 1st shift position, based out of Dallas, TX or Seattle, WA and will be a direct reporting relationship through the Program Management Office.

Develop talent, processes, disciplines & tools across Managed ProgramsAchieve robust application of Program Management Best PracticesDeputize for Director Managed ProgramsManaged Programs business priorities, KPI data management and disciplinesImprovement and Lean business priorities and programsEnable Program operational and financial performanceLead Program change-boardConsistent management and administration of contractual obligations across Managed ProgramsEnsure all recoveries and remedies across all Programs are captured and realized in a timely mannerEnsure enhanced, effective, and consistent Engineering support to ProgramsEstablish consistent proforma T&Cs and robust program business modelling assumptions across ProgramsDevelop offerability guidelines, proposal development, supply chain coordination for executability, and lead through approvalsLead IT enhancements and standardizationThe selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
