Luxury Stores at Amazon is looking for an exceptional Program Manager with a strong background in analytics, program management, operations and supply chain to help deliver the roadmap for Operations for Luxury Stores in partnership with our dedicated brand team, product team, brand partners and central teams.
The right candidate will thrive in ambiguous situations, love to build from the ground up, and excel at invent and simplify and scaling new strategies/initiatives.
In this role, you will help develop plans and execute on initiatives that support excellent inventory and operational health, and use data to influence others and build processes and systems that support growth.
You will have the opportunity to both build and operate in an ambiguous environment and drive initiatives that will be impactful to the customer experience and sales, and lead to broader process and product improvements across the seller ecosystem and Amazon operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to think strategically about luxury operations and to put those strategies into motion.
You will shape, invent, and bring to market new business models and seller experiences that deliver convenience to luxury customers, working cross-functionally to drive ideas from conception to execution.
A successful candidate will have experience in program or project management, familiar with managing business operations and working with external partners.
They will be innovative and self-starting, and possess analytical capabilities with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key job responsibilitiesSpecific responsibilities include the following:
Help lead the delivery of innovative operations concepts with the extended team of operational partners, brand partners, product managers, designers and cross-functional teams that will ultimately support the design (e.
g.
, operations) Write roadmaps and requirements documents (which serve as a bridge from the strategy to the implementation) and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to partners.
Requirements should be based on intimate knowledge of the product/program, operations, existing data analysis, current customers and non-customers (prospects and competitors) Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.
Establish the mission, goals, and supporting business metrics and indicators for success Develop strong relationships with external partners Be able to swiftly prioritize and multi task based on severity level and strong business judgement.
Measure and analyze existing offering for opportunities to innovate and improve, providing additional benefits to customers Identify new opportunities for Amazon to further distinguish itself as the clear leader in offering an end-to-end luxury experienceWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
