Job DescriptionAECOM is seeking a Sr.
Project Manager /Traffic, Intelligent Transportation System & Technology Manager (Hybrid) to be based in one of the following locations:
Phoenix, AZ, Albuquerque, NM, Seattle, WA, Denver, CO, Salt Lake City, UT, and Chicago, IL.
This position can also be a remote position in or near one of the locations listed above.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Work as a project manager for DOT and municipal projects for task orders through on-call contracts and standalone projectsDevelop scope of services for ITS planning & design, traffic engineering studies & design, and emerging technology projectsLead pursuits of both traditional government RFPs as well as unsolicited proposals related to new technologies in transportationDevelop existing and new client relationship with a focus on DOT, cities and municipal governmentsProvides oversight and direction to project team members and subconsultantsInteract directly with clients at project meetings and ensure that all client project designs meet engineering standardsQualificationsMinimum RequirementsBA/BS
10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadershipLicensed Professional Engineer (PE)Preferred QualificationsBackground in traffic and transportation engineeringExperience to include 2 years of project management and proposal developmentDemonstrated capture manager experience leading pursuit and winning proposalProject management training and certificationExperience selling to public sector agencies with a preference toward clients in the ITS and emerging technology transportation sectorExperience in client management, proposal development, other business development activitiesTeam-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionAbility to communicate problems and solutions clearly and simply to clients, leadership, and technical staffExcellent written, graphical, and verbal communication skillsAbility to balance various project responsibilities, budgets, and deadlines while maintaining professionalism and qualityExperience in traffic signal, ITS, lighting, signing and pavement marking design, Plan, Specifications, and Estimate DevelopmentExperience in Traffic Signal coordination, Adaptive Signal, ATSPM Experience in ITS design, traffic signal systems, systems engineering and ITS planning/architecture developmentKnowledge of emerging technologies such as connected and automated vehicles and electrificationExperience and/or knowledge in traffic operational analysis including traffic projections, analysis, and simulation using Synchro/ SimTraffic, HCS, and VISSIMKnowledge of safety analysis using HSMStrong problem solving, analytical and research skillsAdditional InformationRelocation assistance will be provided for this roleOffered rate of compensation (Washington locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
The salary range for this position is $145,000 - $240,000/yr.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
