We're currently hiring a Volunteer Repack Manager to lead all volunteer and repack production activities in our warehouse.
Who You Are:
You have a positive, can-do attitude and a deep commitment to Food Lifeline's mission of ending hunger in Western Washington through a focus on racial equity and social justice.
You understand that our work in and with the community is at the heart of our mission to end hunger.
You are familiar with safety regulations and practices and have three years of related work experience in production or warehousing.
You are a team player that is flexible and motivated.
You are ready to play a critical role in implementing fundraising strategies and leading a high-performance team to achieve ambitious targets and department goals.
Salary range is $69,000 - $77,000 annually with full benefits including employer paid medical coverage for employees and children, dental, and vision insurance, employer paid basic life, long and short-term disability, and a company match for 403(b) retirement plans, and generous paid time off, including parental leave.
