Analytics Engineer for Recon teamAbout the Role:
The Reconciliation Insights and Analytics team develops data pipelines and applications to guarantee the integrity of our financials.
We focus on identifying data inconsistencies, improving customer satisfaction, and providing valuable business insights.
Our data supports consumers like Accounting, Treasury, Finance, and Customer Success.
You will report to the Manager of Recon Insights & Analytics.
You Will:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, outline measurable analytics outcomes, and create comprehensive documentation outlining the product specifications.
Create and and support analytical models that solve complex business problemsCommunicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences both in written and verbal form.
You'll set the standard for engineering excellence with design, quality and long-term code maintainability within the team.
You'll break down large projects into milestones and stories that can be accomplished by more junior engineers.
You'll mentor more junior engineers, growing their autonomy and careers.
Provide leadership in streamlining our data stack and improving and / or maintaining the quality and reliability of our data and pipelines.
You Have:
7
years as an analytics engineer or equivalentExperience communicating updates and resolutions to customers and other partners and ability to collaborate with partners.
Experience in dimensional data modeling, ETL design, implementation and maintenanceExpert in SQL, git, and PythonExperience with Airflow, Snowflake/Redshift, Spark, AWS products and servicesExperience with analytical model development and deployment processesCompensation Details.
The starting base salary range for this position is typically $168,000 - $210,000.
