We are looking for a dynamic, customer-obsessed and innovative Sr.
Product Manager to join the Canada Customer Experience team.
Amazon Canada is a fast-growing business where our business model is evolving with technology and industry trends.
The Sr.
Product Manager is a proven, well-rounded problem solver who will own and drive strategic projects critical to our business.
You demonstrate high ownership to autonomously push boundaries and improve the customer experience across various touch points of their shopping journey.
You will apply your product management skills to define, scope and manage the end-to-end development of new technology solutions and other strategic areas.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, adaptable and enjoys the intellectual challenge associated with learning, launching, and evolving the products which drive our business.
You will be a key player in defining business requirements, project execution, and launch.
You must be able to leverage this expertise to articulate and advocate initiatives for business and customer experience improvement, while working across global retail, operations and technology teams.
As part of your work with global business and technology teams, you must have the leadership presence and communication skills to drive change.
Key job responsibilitieso Effectively work back from the customer to define the ambiguous into meaningful problem statements and solutionso Build roadmaps that prioritize development based on business impacto Calculate quantitative value for prioritization and development justificationo Manage the end-to-end development process from problem identification, requirements gathering, solution design, coding, and implementationo Communicate complex requirements, project status, and tradeoffs, across tech and business stakeholders spanning all organization levelsAbout the teamThe Canada Customer and Seller Experience Team (CCSX) owns the end to end CX for the customer shopping journey (search, discovery, purchasing, delivery, and post-delivery experience) on the Amazon.

We launch new products and features to enhance the CX and act as the Voice of the Customer to influence various WW teams to enhance the Canadian store experience.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Seattle, WA, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
