We are looking for a Senior Risk Manager to lead multiple supplier risk and performance programs.
This Senior Risk Manager will be responsible for large and innovative initiatives in their early stages, drive the vision, develop the framework and integrate them into cross-functional operations.
This role will be focused on collaboration with stakeholders across organizations to; develop and improve programs with multiple customers, and drive efficiencies along the way.
The Risk Manager will dive into data needs, identify program and process improvement opportunities to reduce manual tasks.
This person will be expected to handle day-to-day issues (invent and simplify, insisting on highest standards) while developing strategy for longer-term, program-wide initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated background in Social Responsibility or Human Rights, as well as an ability to analyze data, collaborate across partner teams, and a large number of complex stakeholders.

, tools, resources, process gaps) - Innovate data collection analysis, methodologies, and technology- Provide leadership, strategy, technical direction, and operation excellence of Risk Insight initiatives- Build appropriate proactive initiatives to impact positive change and contribute to regulatory compliance- Coordinate with multiple Amazon partner teams, third-party audit firms, and suppliers- Maintain effective relationships with Sourcing Managers, Legal, and Finance to ensure ongoing support of initiatives and appropriate resource coverageAbout the teamDiverse Experiences:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
