Principal Program Manager- Investigations Intelligence & LER-GSO, Security and Loss Prevention

Amazon Global Security Operations is seeking a Principal Program Manager, Investigations Intelligence & Law Enforcement Referral who will build and maintain the framework for an external risk-management program for Global Security Operations team.
The individual will be a key member working with both internal and external teams and will be instrumental in driving global initiatives along with the analytics teams to effect continual improvements and solution building in business objectives, productivity and development of Loss Prevention within the company based on Risk & Vulnerability across the Amazon stores network.
Key job responsibilitieso Analyze intelligence from internal, external including cyber threat intelligence, social engineering frauds, investigation, ecommerce frauds and cybercrime source for supplemental information.
o Work with external partners to identify threat intelligence and work on actionable information to minimize the losses to Amazon and avoid potential frauds targeting Amazon & customers.
o Collection of data through continuous threat hunting and reporting all threats which are potential cybercrimes, social engineering frauds against Amazon India from external network like Surface web, Deep Web, Dark Web etc.
o Develop WW police network through Interpol, intelligence services network for referrals, action and retribution.
o Lead tool vulnerability exercise to identify the gaps and work towards Tech fix and process improvements.
o Establish mechanisms to External Vendors/partners.
o Identify unique MO's and emerging frauds.
o Social Engineering Fraud (SEF):
Establish CS listening mechanism to capture customer complaints.
o Tool vulnerability exercise to identify gaps.
o Partner with analytics team to help build predictive models and actionable intelligence.
o Identify, develop and implement Risk management program elements required to meet the unique needs of Global Investigations.
o Collaborate with GSO Global Risk Leader in designing, implementation and maintenance of the risk management framework within Operational network.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
