As a Senior Product Manager - Technical, you will lead the strategic development and execution of our Generative AI-driven personalization.
This pivotal role involves steering the vision and technical strategy to understand customer mission and preferences and display content which will best answer customer need.
You are:
- A forward-thinking product manager with a robust technical background and hands-on understanding of AI/ML capabilities, and user experience technologies.
- An adept leader and collaborator, capable of inspiring cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Resourceful and innovative, with a track record of translating complex technologies into impactful customer experiences.
- Passionate about creating a significant, positive change in the online shopping experience, with the agility to navigate the challenges of pioneering new solutions.
Key job responsibilities- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for implementing personalization in product information /image display.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and scientists to develop and deploy dynamic content generation features, such as personalized product summaries, visualization and recommendations.
- Lead efforts to build metrics of quality and accuracy of mission/preference understanding and Generative AI content, ensuring reliability and customer trust.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
