Amazon Softlines is looking for an innovative, action-oriented, analytical Program Manager to lead strategic programs and processes that drive defect-free inputs into our business.
These programs directly impact the customer experience and enable Amazon Softlines to drive continued growth.
The team is responsible for onboarding error-free new selection, maintaining defect free product pages, and much more for Fitness and Fashion (F2) products.
This Program Manager will be responsible for setting program goals, diving deep to identify root causes of errors, sizing each root cause, and working with partner teams to update processes to prevent defects from occurring.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation and moving quickly.
Job responsibilities - Identifying defects in catalog inputs and proposing processes to find root causes and correct errors - Prioritization of program requirements and building consensus with cross functional teams - Influencing partner teams to enhance tools and systems based on program findings - Communicating team progress to broader organization and to leadershipWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
