Key job responsibilitieso Act as the primary point of contact for all change management request and configurations.
o Identify, advise, and execute strategies to decrease the SLA for change request.
o Own and improve the change process.
o Knowledgeable and cross-trained in all stages of onboarding so you can assist in the process.
o Work cross functionally to problem solve and drive continuous improvements We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Austin, TX, USA Boston, MA, USA New York City, NY, USA Seattle, WA, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
